QUANTITY SURVEYOR - SOUTH EAST LONDON

Client

Our client is a newly-established contractor, working on mixture of projects including large new build residential, refurbishment and commercial fit out in and around Central London.

Job Summary:

Quantity Surveyor to oversee multiple projects in Central London. Reporting into the Company Directors.

Role / Responsibilities

* Previous experience working as a Lead Quantity Surveyor

* Managing the day-to-day work on site.

* Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company's requirements and budgets

* The ability to communicate effectively across all levels.

* Working day to day along the production, design, pre-construction teams

* A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver on your deadlines.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

* An industry applicable degree qualification.

* Proven track record within a similar sector.

Individual:

* Experience working on a mixture of different projects.

* Able to work as part of a team.

* Previous UK Construction experience is preferred.

* Ability to manage an onsite commercial team

* Strong work ethic

* An excellent communicator.

* Have strong commercial awareness.

* Good IT knowledge
