Page Personnel is recruiting an EA to the CEO of a prestigious private clinic. The clinic is based in London but he is opening more abroad and travels to many lectures as he is a world leader in his medical field so this role will need someone who is able to travel quite extensively.

Client Details

The client is a prestigious private clinic. The CEO is a world leading medical Consultant in his specialism. He is opening new clinics internationally, concentrating mostly in the Middle East and parts of Europe. He also lectures at medical conventions around the world. Please note that this role will require international travel and due to the nature of setting up the new parts of the business, it is not known how often that will be at the moment and it may change over time. So you need to be able to accommodate this.

Description

This is an exceptionally varied and exciting role. You will cover personal PA work, business PA work and also project work. This will cover looking after his diary, booking travel, liaising with business contacts, helping to set up new clinics, business research. It will be a role that changes frequently and has lots of different challenges, but will be exceptionally interesting and rewarding.

You will really have the opportunity to be the right hand person, sounding board and significant business responsibility too.

Please note that this role will require international travel and due to the nature of setting up the new parts of the business, it is not known how often that will be at the moment and it may change over time. So you need to be able to accommodate this.

Profile

You will:

  • Be and EA/ PA or possibly Business Assistant
  • Will be educated to degree level, ideally Business Management or Economics or another numerical or business related degree.
  • If you have worked for a private clinic that would be an advantage. But if not, you must have worked in the private sector
  • Speaking Arabic, or French would be an advantage but isn't an absolute requirement
  • Please note that this role will require international travel and due to the nature of setting up the new parts of the business, it is not known how often that will be at the moment and it may change over time. So you need to be able to accommodate this.
