Responsibilities:
* Execute reactive maintenance and repairs on sanitary ware, toilets, taps, and radiators.
* Carry out remedial work, including repairs to pipework, leaks, and maintenance of water systems.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and regulations.
* Deliver outstanding customer service to high-end clients across various sectors including retail and hospitality.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in plumbing.
* Time served or completion of SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing/Heating.
* Background in facilities management, specifically plumbing maintenance on commercial sites.
* Full UK driver's license.
