Job Description:
- They will work in the Digital SQM team.
- Their responsibility will be to be involved in all incidents impacting CMB UK and gather updates, understand root cause and then provide updates to business/senior tech stakeholders.
- So good verbal and writing skills are key
- They need to be proactive, and also manage trends, data, MI etc.
