You will play a key role in the Real Estate team, handling a mix of commercial and residential property matters, with a particular emphasis on independently managing residential conveyancing files.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions
Handle residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
Advise clients on a broad range of real estate issues
Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with 3+ years PQE
Experience in both commercial and residential property law
Able to manage residential files independently and confidently
