Picker/Forklift Counterbalance Operator

Our client are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Picker/Forklift Counterbalance Operator to join their team at a leading timber and panel products distributor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company with the potential for a permanent role after a successful temporary period.

Key Details:

* Shift: Night Shift - Sunday to Friday, 9pm - 6am

* Hours: 40 hours per week

* Hourly Rate: £14.43 per hour

* Contract: Temp to Perm

Responsibilities:

* Efficiently pick and pack timber and panel products

* Operate a forklift with a counterbalance licence to load/unload materials

* Follow health and safety regulations in the workplace

* Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and ensure smooth warehouse operations

Requirements:

* Valid forklift counterbalance licence

* Previous experience in a warehouse environment or similar role

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

* Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
