Class 1 Driver
Location: Hounslow, TW4
Shift times: Monday to Friday with 06:00 AM starts
Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour

Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from, Drayage, Global freight forwarding & Full truckload transport. . The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive a dedicated vehicle, rotating between Class I (HGV) and Class II, with Class I pay.
Deliver roofing products around areas such as Reading, Essex, and Romford (no Central London deliveries).
8-10 drops per day, mainly kerbside or FLT locations, with some tail lift deliveries.
Manual handling of roof trims from the vehicle's stillage.
Ensure compliance with all vehicles checks and safety regulations.
Use hand held devices to capture electronic Proof of Delivery (e-POD).
Communicate proactively about any delivery problems or delays.Requirements:

Valid LGV C+E Licence (Class 1 HGV).
Up-to-date CPC and Digi card.
Clean driving record (no more than 6 points, and no DD, DR, or IN endorsements).Benefits:
