Salary: £23,000 - £29,000 per annum
Contract Personnel are pleased to be representing an East Tuddenham based, family run business who are looking for a permanent Office Administrator to join their team.
The duties of this role include:
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing quotations.
- Processing and managing orders via telephone, email and online.
- Processing invoices, receipts and statements.
- Marketing activities (i.e - advertisement placement and social media content)
- Provide administrative and clerical support to Management.
- Administration and general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning and shredding.
A successful candidate will:
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Be highly organised and able to multi-task.
- High attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- An understanding of Quickbooks (or a willingness to learn).
- Have a positive and flexible attitude.
Hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (no weekends)
