This is a great opportunity for an experienced Care Home Manager / Registered Manager to oversee an attractive, family owned independent elderly care home in Bury. This is a well established business with a fantastic reputation, a strong & stable staff team and a passionate owner.

This is a medium sized home caring for elderly clients, a small number of which also have dementia. It is well appointed and set in a very pleasant and well connected area of Bury.

They are looking for a seasoned manager who is very strong on care quality and able to able to bring new ideas and creativity to drive a programme of improvements to the home which will ensure the residents are enjoying the best possible standards of care quality.

They have investment available, with absolute commitment and support from the owners, who will trust and support the new Registered Manager to operate autonomously and use their own initiative and drive to take the home to the next level.

You will be supported by an operations manager, compliance manager and a very experienced team of seniors. They enjoy a very team-focused ethos, where people are open, share ideas and support and encourage one another. Ideally the new manager will share that approach, and whilst being an inspirational leader, equally be open and supportive of those around them.
