New Teacher Role:

Minimum Requirements:

- QTS or QTLS Qualification- Current safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

- Excellent understanding of the English curriculum and its application to students with SEN- Passionate about fostering literacy skills and a love for literature among students- Ability to engage and support students with diverse learning needs in English language and literature- Proactive, innovative, and dedicated to student success.
