Our client is one of the most recognised names within tech/FMCG, a leading specialist in the UK and beyond! They're expanding throughout specific territories throughout the country. Pareto are partnering with them to add significant numbers to their teams in the West Midlands and North West - teams that you could be a part of!

As an Area Sales Manager, you'll assist in developing new & existing business with new and existing partners - restaurants, stores and more. As such, confidence is key - ideal candidates will feel comfortable approaching and developing relationships with proprietors, management and store owners.

Area Sales Manager - the package:

  • Basic salary of £27,000 with OTE taking your total package up to £40k +
  • Full tech stack provided
  • Lucrative bonus/incentive schemes
  • Full autonomy with the role from the off,

Key responsibilities:

  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of potential and existing partners in your area, as well as competitor activity
  • Proactively generate leads and opportunities, targeting new restaurants and partners as well as selling additional services to existing customers
  • Speak regularly with senior members of the team to learn best practice and selling techniques
  • Analyse customer activity to help better understand which partnerships you should be targeting
  • Support guerrilla marketing campaigns across your territory

Candidate requirements:

  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Full UK Driver's licence is required
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and IT literate
  • Passion for customer service
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
