Job Title: Paralegal Trainer / CoachLocation: Remote / Online (with occasional travel for meetings)Salary: Competitive based on experience and qualificationsType: Full Time, PermanentEssential Criteria:

• Strong occupational competency of working as a Paralegal (4 years minimum).
• Must hold a minimum of an A Level in Law.
• Experience of mentoring or coaching colleagues within a legal setting.
• Confident with Maths and English.
• Must be flexible with travel if required.

Duties include:

• Coach and mentor learners working towards the Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship.
• Ensure learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required within their role, and to complete their Apprenticeship.
• Offer IAG and provide encouraging support and guidance to your learners throughout their learning journey.
• Identify any barriers to learning, and ensure learners are accessing any additional delivery routes available to them.
• Carry out timely progression reviews, set SMART targets and ensure timely achievement of the Apprenticeship qualification.
• Prepare and support learners through to End Point Assessment.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
