Description
If you are successful you will be entitled to:
- Manage and maintain client relationships within a designated portfolio.
- Proactively chase outstanding debts via telephone and email.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients to discuss account status.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records.
- Resolve client queries and disputes regarding payments and invoices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities and progress.
- Identify opportunities to improve credit control processes.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Profile
A successful Credit Control should have:
- An educational background in finance or a related field.
- A solid understanding of credit control processes and principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
