Role and Responsibilities:
Proactively develop and secure new business opportunities with through direct phone sales.
Maintain and manage a database of target customers, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups.
Build a strong understanding of the company's diverse product range to effectively engage with potential customers.
Manage order processing, produce accurate quotations, and maintain customer accounts.
Meet daily and monthly targets.Person Specification:
Previous experience in business development or telesales is preferred.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to work to targets and deadlines, with a results-focused attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organised, with great attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Benefits:
