Teaching Assistant in Bognor Regis

We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at a vibrant school in Bognor Regis. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the educational journey of students.

Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Bognor Regis
Contract: Full-time / Part-time (Permanent/Temporary options available)
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons to students
Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed
Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources
Support students with additional learning needs or special educational requirements
Monitor student progress and provide feedback where appropriate
Foster a nurturing, encouraging environment for students to thrive in
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred
A genuine interest in supporting student development and learning
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to the needs of individual students
A positive attitude and proactive approach to work
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Teaching Assistant Diploma, Level 2/3 CACHE or equivalent) are advantageous

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
