My client is a boutique law firm, specialising in providing comprehensive legal services to Private Clients.

They are seeking an experienced General Litigation Solicitor, or Partner, to set up a Litigation team. The successful candidate will have solid experience in Litigation and ideally bring a following.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revive and head up the Litigation department
• Liaising with client, third parties and solicitors, keeping clients up to date with the progression of their cases, updating reports and dealing with correspondence
• Dealing with all Litigation matters
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or lawyer.
• Strong knowledge of general litigation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service and communication skills
