We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor based in Chester.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern 08:30-17:00 and 09:00-17:30 (hybrid working)

Pay rate: £24,000-£25,000 per annum DOE

Work location: Chester

Duties:

• Phone-based role including taking incoming and making outbound calls
• Providing a high-level customer service
• Dealing with contractor and recruitment agency queries
• Dealing with contractors who are already registered with our client & need their services again
• Chasing registration forms from contractors
• Actively dialling out and making productive calls
• Completing administrative duties, for example sending out contractor payslips
• Good time keeping, team player and can work in a fast-paced environment
