Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Manager ready to take on a new challenge? We are seeking a talented individual to join a reputable client of Trinity House Group and play a pivotal role in overseeing and improving the accounts payable processes. As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will have the opportunity to enhance team coordination, resolve aged debt, and streamline payment processes. 

• Lead process improvement and team coordination initiatives
• Analyse, prioritise, and direct the team's focus on aged debt resolution
• Oversee statement reconciliation and payment runs in line with the timetable

Key Responsibilities:- Improve and streamline accounts payable processes - Analyse, prioritise, and direct team to focus on old debt resolution - Hold regular team meetings to enhance communication and coordination - Oversee statement reconciliation and payment runs - Conduct high-level query resolution and training of new employees

• Experience managing a high-performing accounts payable team
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and direct team tasks
• Excellent communication skills to improve relations with suppliers, buyers, and sites
• Proven ability to update senior management on progress and areas of concern
• Extensive experience in AP process improvement and query resolution

Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Professional certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) desirable - Proven track record in managing accounts payable functions within a similar industry
