Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to work for our prestigious client in Great Wyrley.
Please note: this position is a 12 month maternity cover
Key Responsibilities
* To provide administrative and office support to the HR Team in all aspects of the HR Service
* To support the HR Team in all aspects of the recruitment and engagement process
* To provide administration support at meetings as and when required
* To support the HR Team to ensure CQC compliance of all employee personnel files
* To support the HR Team to ensure compliance with all UKVI sponsorship and Right to Work compliance
* To act with confidentiality and discretion at all times
* To support the HR Team to be responsive, diligent and professional in all aspects ofwork and document presentation at all times
Key Accountabilities:
* To provide administrative and office support throughout the HR Service
* Maintain data for CQC and UKVI compliance
* To maintain employee personnel files ensuring that they are securely maintained within the guidelines of the Data Protection Act and GDPR
* Database development and management with the ability to identify trends
* To support the HR Team in the handling of recruitment enquiries and to take the lead in the recruitment on-boarding processes
Skills Required:
* Ability to always act with professionalism & discretion
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong IT skills - especially Microsoft Office packages
* Confident in face : face communication
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Strong Organisational skills
* Ability to use own initiative and develop processes
* Positive attitude and Approach to work
* High standard of grammar and numeracy
* An understanding of employment legislation
* Experience with HR systems (Fusion experience preferred)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary: £23,500 per annum
