International Operations Director – Based UK, Multi-Country Remit

Salary: Six Figure base plus significant annual bonus

Location: London base – International travel

• We have been retained by a high-quality leisure group who manage Leisure and Entertainment around the world (mostly Europe)
• My client operates large, complex multifaceted venues and locations with multiple revenue streams
• The company culture is highly inclusive, respectful of employee well-being – but performance driven
• As much as this role has an “operations” title it gets involved in all areas across the company having input in sales, marketing, commercials, IT, finance… etc
• We are looking for a proven multi country operator who has a track record of driving teams, sales, margins, quality standards and repeat business
• The teams this role will manage are highly autonomous – they like to foster entrepreneurial spirit and those who can be proper “business manages” due to the variety of revenue streams within the business and the varied locations in which they operate, they are looking for leadership who are highly adaptive, solution-focused and proactive when it comes to creating win-win scenarios
• The right candidate will be full of energy, drive enthusiasm and be looking to really develop their career in the next few years.
• Experience within hospitality, visitor attractions, leisure – any large multi-faceted, multi country business is essential
