About the Role

An expert in Arts & Culture, you will be responsible for curating and showcasing the art experience within The Chancery Rosewood, as well as supporting the Concierge team with guest enquiries, experiences, and itineraries, typically relating to Arts & Culture. You will be responsible for our Art Library, including concept development, procurement, sales, and guest queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Art Library, which will involve curating an engaging selection of items that showcase British artists, as well developing a selection of items to sell. You will source products, maintain stock, drive sales, and carefully manage inventory.
• Develop and run experiences that showcase the incredible selection of art at The Chancery Rosewood.
• Be an expert on all art and architectural details of the property.
• A great storyteller, you will support with lobby hosting, welcoming and engaging with guests, and showcasing The Chancery Rosewood.
• Maintain a close relationship with local galleries, suppliers and partners.
• Showcase local artists through curation and events.
• Create unique experiences for our guests both onsite and offsite.
• Assist in developing guest itineraries, suggesting experiences tailored to the guest, responding to any guest questions, and contributing to the overall guest experience.
• Develop any policies and procedures as needed.
• As part of the Concierge team, support with any Concierge duties as needed and actively contribute to the overall success of the Concierge team.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all Front Office and Concierge systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Front of House team and the wider team to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Ensure the highest quality of service in conjunction with Forbes, LQA and Rosewood Brand Standards.

About you

• Experience in art curation and sales.
• A great storyteller, you will be a strong networker and enjoy hosting events.
• An excellent Art network in London.
• Preferably you'll have had experience in a hospitality setting.
