Cover Supervisor / Cover Teacher

Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire

Salary: £90 - £120 per day

Are you confident in managing a classroom and delivering pre-set work? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a Cover Supervisor / Cover Teacher to work in a secondary school in Spalding.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects in the absence of a teacher.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure students remain engaged.
Follow the school's policies and ensure a structured and productive learning environment.
Support students with their learning and encourage participation.
Report any issues to senior staff as required.

Requirements:

Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, etc.).
A confident and professional approach to classroom management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A degree or Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
