About the Role:

We are seeking two experienced Temporary Works Supervisors to join our dynamic team on the prestigious HS2 project in Calvert. These are freelance positions paying £350 per day, and you will be working inside IR35. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of temporary works on a large-scale infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, implementation, and removal of temporary works.
Ensure all temporary works are executed safely and in accordance with project specifications and legal requirements.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to coordinate temporary works activities.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of temporary works to ensure compliance and safety.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to temporary works.
Provide technical support and guidance to site teams on temporary works issues.

Requirements:

TWSTC (Temporary Works Supervisor Training Course) or TWCTC (Temporary Works Coordinator Training Course) certification is mandatory.
Extensive experience in supervising temporary works on large infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations related to temporary works.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and site conditions.
