Job Title: Inventory Associate

Location: Brome, IP23 7HN - 5 days per week onsite

Rate: Annual Salary approx. £25,000

Employment Type: Full time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Creating/Maintaining inventory track sheet for the parts handed over from Stakeholders in the business.

* Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products for a business in racks / stacking frames / shelves.

* Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company's standards.

* Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with Management and other Stakeholders in the business.

* Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count.

* Implementing loss prevention programs to prevent theft.

Education Required:

* Any Degree, Preferred Automobile.

Experience required:

* Strong experience in any field of Inventory Management as Inventory Clerk or Material Recording Clerk.

* Preferably in the automotive field.

Skillset Required:

* Ability to scan and record product information to maintain accurate inventory data.

* Stock shelves and distribute incoming merchandise, supplies, and equipment.

* Assess the quality of product before putting it on store shelves.

* Mathematical and analytical skills.

* Automobile parts knowledge is an advantage.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to use overhead crane / stackers/ forklift.

* Ability to design inventory racks would be an added advantage
