Sales Negotiator - Property Sales

As a key contributor to the success of the sales team, you will:

* Match buyers with available properties, working towards and exceeding KPIs.

* Proactively generate leads for valuations, viewings, and mortgage appointments.

* Negotiate offers to secure sales and oversee transactions through to completion.

* Conduct property viewings, provide high-quality feedback to vendors, and ensure excellent customer service.

* Support business development efforts through canvassing, prospecting, and direct outreach.

* Assist with team operations, ensuring high standards for property listings, including photos and floorplans.

* Collaborate with the lettings team to expand and maintain relationships with landlords.
