Assistant HR Manager

£34,500 + Pension + Parking

This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic Assistant HR Manager looking to take the next step in their career to join a growing local Company and work alongside a team of busy professionals.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting with the day to day management of the payroll and the human resource function

- Assisting with the recruitment process, obtaining references and issuing contracts of employment

- Maintaining staff records and recording holiday and sickness absence information

- Co-ordinating staff training courses and sending out information packs to employees

- Setting up new starters on the system and processing leavers documentation

- Administering a weekly and monthly payroll for a total of 90 employees by collating staff data
