Contracts Manager - Roofing and Cladding

Our client, Cladding and Roofing Contractors are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team due to rapid company growth.

As a Contracts Manager with a strong background in roofing and cladding you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of several contracts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Manage the general day-to-day running of several contracts
Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and timely
Induct all operatives and highlight any site-specific hazards or risks
Organize and order materials, labor, and other trades as required by the contract
Ensure all operatives work safely and that all certifications are up to date
Communicate any issues to the client that may impact the safe and effective completion of the agreed works
Monitor the progress of works to ensure completion within the agreed program
Ensure works are completed within budgetContracts Manager - Roofing and Cladding

Requirements

Must have experience in roofing and cladding
Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and all relevant accreditations to carry out the job
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to ensure safety and compliance on-site
