We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment based in Cardiff.This is a full-time office-based role, working Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm.
You will be required to provide administration support to the busy Sales team and duties will include: - Processing orders and invoices.
- Monitoring and retrieving emails.
- Producing quotations and reports
- Maintaining and update filing systems
The successful candidate must have previous office administration experience together with: - Fast and accurate keyboard skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to work as part of a busy team ensuring targets are achieved.
- Knowledge of GPS & SAP systems would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
