Job Title: FMCG Category Development Executive
Department: Category Development
Reports to: Senior Category Development Manager
Location: Remote

Role Summary:
Act as the key point of contact for Category Development, supporting efforts to increase category sales for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute the annual customer category plan, influencing customers to adopt our category vision and strategies.
Identify and manage customer-specific category initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
Lead range, seasonal review, and gap analysis processes with customers.
Conduct merchandising reviews and advise on merchandising plans, managing store trials and rollouts.
Advise on category-building promotions, including regular reporting and evaluation.
Provide regular category performance tracking and maintain analytical tools.
Become the department's expert on specific databases and business tools.
Assist in monthly audits and seasonal reviews.
Qualifications and Skills:

Understanding of Category Management, range review, innovation, and portfolio management.
Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and data sources like IRI and Kantar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in building relationships and managing conflicts.
Project management skills for short-term work and projects.
