We are currently recruiting for Primary Teachers to work across schools within John Taylor Multi-Academy Trust in Lichfield.

As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering lessons to classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
Supporting students with their work and maintaining engagement throughout the lesson
Providing feedback on student progress and behaviour to the class teacher
Adapting to different age groups and year groups, ensuring a flexible approach
Requirements:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence in managing classrooms and supporting students
Previous experience in a primary school setting (preferred)
