We have an immediate requirement for an experienced indovidual to work Part-Time initially on a Temporary basis as a caretaker looking after 2 different schools.

You will be required to carry out geberal duties such as moving furniture and equipment about, carry out minor repairs across the sites, look after the heating and lighting as well as maintain the CCTV, take in deliveries and assemble the wast collections.

You will lock and unlock the buildings as required and keep maintenance and security logs throughout and carry out planned checks on things such as legionella and act as the Fire Safety Officer during the working hours.

You will be working over 2 sites, with one site being for 4 hours per day and the other 1 hour, both are close to one another.

You must have previous experience in the same or similar role, be able to use various basic tools and me numerate and literate and able to maintain written records.

This is a temporary role with an immediate start, with the opportunity to become permanent.

The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
