An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join one of the regions leading Main Contractors who, due to the award of new contracts, is seeking to appoint a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will work in an established and friendly commercial team and will have exposure to a variety of projects across a range of sectors including health, education, leisure, commercial and defence. Initially you will be required to carry out all commercial duties for a prestigious new build healthcare project based in North Leeds.

Requirements:

- Proven track record working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, or experienced Project Quantity Surveyor, in a Main Contractor environment.

- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar.
