We are currently looking for an experienced individual to join our clients an independent and established estate agency in the Manchester area as a Property Manager.

Working hours:

As a Property Manager, you will be required to work full-time. 5 days a week. 

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

Property Manager requirements:

• Property Management experience including check-out negotiation (minimum 1 year)
• Work on your own initiative and as part of a busy team
• Enthusiastic and friendly
• Committed to providing a great service to Landlords and tenants
• Strong communication skills
• A positive thinker and problem solver
• Full and clean UK driving license 

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:

• Cover all aspects of property management 
• Inventory check-ins and check-outs
• Arrange and authorise repairs/maintenance
• Conducting inspections and reporting any issues 
• Deposit negotiations and issuing sections
• Liaising with Landlords, buyers, vendors, tenants and contractors
• Work alongside an established team of property managers
