Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Dorchester

Are you at the early stages of your career and want to join a supportive and experienced team of professionals, specialising in high-quality new build housing?

The day to day:

* You will work within a team of experienced surveyors

* Developing build cost budgets for new sites

* Monitoring and reporting actual costs against the budget

* Prepare subcontractor prices and carry out tender comparisons

* Assistant with general commercial administration

* And much more…

This role will offer progression and guidance with the view to run your own jobs as a QS. Junior level candidates are encouraged to apply.

On offer:

* Salary ranging from £26,000-£35,000 depending on experience and qualifications
