Robert Half are assisting a global market leading marketing organisation to recruit a Junior Mac Support Engineer on a 3 month contract - London based
Role
- The Junior Mac Support Engineer will provide support for Mac systems and applications
- Great customer service skills
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Monitor and maintain system performance
- Provide guidance and advice on system optimisation
Profile
- The Junior Mac Support Engineer will have 1-3 years' experience supporting Mac environments
- The Mac Support Engineer will have experience with support ticket management and tracking (JIRA Service Desk preferred)
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
- Technical knowledge of Mac OS, iOS, and Android
- Technical knowledge of modern Windows OS
- Network fundamentals (laptop connectivity, VPN, printing)
- Basic knowledge of audio/video troubleshooting and support
