Microwave Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Microwave Delivery Specialist to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in End-to-End Transmission Delivery and will oversee the process from planning to installation, ensuring a seamless customer experience for Mobile Network Operator (MNO) customers.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate network requirements, manage stock, generate purchase orders, and facilitate link installations.

Collaborate with Senior Manager and stakeholders to enhance Transmission customer experience for MNO customers.

Drive milestone progress and reduce delivery times by identifying and addressing blockers or delays.

Support Mobile Infrastructure Delivery teams to meet customer and business KPIs.

Utilize data analysis to identify process improvements.

Act as the MW Technical Expert for Planning and Delivery teams.

Serve as the escalation point for customer issues/queries.

Review live MW link performances with Operations.

Demonstrate knowledge of MBNL Transmission planning toolset, processes, and procedures.

Be recognized as the technical go-to person for Transmission deployment, including 5G.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Transmission planning and Microwave delivery.

Knowledge of MBNL Transmission planning toolset and procedures.

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and influencing skills.
