Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across the team. Key duties include:

* Managing all aspects of warehouse tasks, including order picking, packing, Goods In, and Goods Out.

* Supporting and mentoring the warehouse team, ensuring they work effectively towards KPIs.

* Enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across the warehouse to ensure full compliance.

* Prioritizing and assigning workloads to team members to maintain smooth operations.

* Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management.

* Driving continuous improvement initiatives, particularly around 5S practices and improving existing warehouse procedures.

* Utilizing Microsoft Office and in-house systems to keep accurate records and inventory data up to date.

* Collaborating with various departments across the business to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

* Updating stock control systems to ensure accurate tracking of goods.

The Ideal Candidate

* Hands-on experience in warehouse operations.

* Solid knowledge of logistics, distribution, and supply chain processes.

* Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

* Experience with batch control in a regulated environment.

* Proficiency in using computer systems and warehouse management software.

What is on offer

* Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experience.

* Regular working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
