Our client is a leading £50M manufacturer of a range of textiles and fabrics for a variety of products with applications across the residential, commercial and healthcare space. They work with a variety of businesses, from small independent shops to large multinational organisations supplying the materials needed to manufacture their own branded products.
With ambitious plans for growth, the organisation is looking to bring on board a UK Sales Manager in a new role for the business as they look to drive significant growth across the UK over the next 3-5 years.
UK Sales Manager – The Role:
This is a crucial role for the business as they look drive sales in the UK. You will be responsible for managing existing clients in the UK whilst identifying new clients and markets to drive growth. The role will focus on developing strong customer relationships, conducting market analysis and will work closely with the design team to ensure that customer needs are met.
UK Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Actively seek new clients and channels to drive growth
- Negotiate pricing and contract to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
- Attend industry and trade events to generate new business and stay on top of any market changes/trends
UK Sales Manager – You:
- Track record of success in a UK wide sales role, ideally within a similar sector
- Ability to travel across the UK and overseas
- Strong communication skills with a strong track record of negotiating contracts
- Adopt a ‘customer is king’ approach
