£26,800 per year

Lowestoft Care Services

37.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday - occasional weekend on-call cover on a rota basis.


Key description of the role: -Service lead/ Senior Support Workers - Lowestoft,


As an important management team member, you will be leading and managing Support Workers to promote a needs-led, outcome-focused support service. You will ensure that our customers can choose what objectives they wish to pursue and that Support Workers assist customers in achieving their goals.


You will observe new and existing staff to ensure competency and provide guidance and support where necessary. The role will also include completing audits of essential and regulatory processes and supporting the continuous improvement of our service delivery. 


The Ideal Candidate: -Service lead/ Senior Support Workers - Lowestoft,



·      Experience in managing teams


·      A Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification would be desirable


·      Previous experience working within a regulated activity


·      Worked with adults who have learning disabilities, autism, and behaviors that challenge


·      A driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business travel insurance
