Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum + bonus & benefits

The Role

Compass Associates are working with a private home care provider who operate in Croydon and are now looking for a new Registered Domiciliary Manager to oversee the day to day operations for their service in South London.

The provider is looking for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager, someone who has managed a Domiciliary service, who can help drive on recent successes and empower staff to provide the best care possible and achieve an 'Outstanding' in line with CQC requirements.

The Candidate

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to run a successful domiciliary care branch, with a positive staff culture and compliant in line with CQC requirements. This position requires a positive person who can motivate and empower a competent staff team, as well as being commercially savvy and ensure the service goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.

Location

This role is based in Croydon and is commutable from Kingston Upon Thames, Sutton, Brixton, Bromley and Epsom.

Interview Process

The interview process will be in a 2-stage format.

Stage one: Teams Call - Area Manager

Stage two: Face to Face - Managing Director
