Job Summary:
This role involves representing the Council in managing Leasehold Services and handling the Government's Right to Buy program. Responsibilities include overseeing leasehold management and addressing all aspects of the Right to Buy, including the Right to Buy Back process. The position ensures that the Council provides high-quality, efficient services to both leaseholders and freeholders, delivering excellent support to tenants and leaseholders.
