CONTENTIOUS PROBATE SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, WALSALL, UP TO c £70k DOE – A well-established firm with offices across the West Midlands are currently experiencing a period of growth and are actively seeking the addition of an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor. •Having a highly regarded Litigation team, the firm is ranked in the independent legal guide The Legal 500. As part of the firms' contentious probate practice, you will specialise in challenges to wills, claims under the Inheritance Act, trust disputes, proprietary estoppel claims, and the removal of executors and trustees.
•You will manage your workload, efficiently juggling multiple intricate cases simultaneously. Furthermore, you will exhibit exceptional attention to detail and a steadfast dedication to completing tasks accurately on the initial attempt.
•Applicants should have at least 3 years’ PQE and extensive experience handling Contentious Probate matters with a client focused approach.
