DC Personnel are recruiting for a Powder coating to join an established company based in Wigston, LE18.

Permanent full time

Hours:
7:30 - 16:30 Monday- Thursday and 7:30 - 12:30 Friday
39 hours paid weekly

Pay:
up to £14.00/hr depending on experience, a minimum of two years experience is required to be considered for the higher rate

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning and masking areas that should not be coated.
Operate powder coating equipment and ensure proper application techniques are followed.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make adjustments as necessary.
Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
Collaborate with team members to assemble and fabricate components as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols while using power tools and hand tools in the warehouse.

Skills

Experience in the powder coating processes is required.
Ability to assemble parts accurately and efficiently.
Familiarity with basic maths for measuring and calculating material requirements.
Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and following safety guidelines.
