Future Build are currently working alongside a top main contractor in the search for a number of opening that have come up due to a substantial contract win. Our client will be delivering a planned maintenance framework over the next 5 years, comprising both Kitchen & Bathroom upgrades and external elements such as roofing and windows replacements.

Responsibilities

* Deliver the project from inception to completion, managing subcontractors and a small team of operatives and RLO's

* Maintaining a solid relationship with the client, chairing progress meetings and ensuring they are aware of any changes

* Keeping on top of planning and programming, ensuring a minimum of 10 openings per week

* Weekly progress reports with the visiting Contracts Manager

About you

* Valid qualifications - SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness

* Sound knowledge on Decent Homes projects

* Stable career history with recognized contractors
