Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join a passionate team in Stoke-on-Trent. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will drive online sales and expand market reach across international markets using your expertise in e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and expand market reach across international markets.
Optimize the Shopify platform to enhance user experience, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue generation.
Analyze website performance metrics and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive traffic to the e-commerce platform.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in e-commerce and digital marketing.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong emphasis on Shopify and managing international markets (preferably European Markets such as Spain and Netherlands).
Proven track record of successfully increasing online sales and optimising e-commerce performance metrics.
Expertise in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques and tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
