Description

Lead and execute sustainability initiatives within the department.
Drive strategic and operational decisions in line with sustainability goals.
Ensure compliance with sustainability standards and regulations.
Develop and implement sustainability policies and best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate sustainability into business operations.
Monitor, report and communicate sustainability performance and impacts.
Manage stakeholder relationships on sustainability matters.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in sustainability.Profile

A successful Sustainability Manager should have:

· Three years' work experience in ESG/sustainability

· Ten+ years in a management role including leadership and advisory responsibility

· TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Environmental Sustainability

· Exceptional stakeholder skills, working collaboratively across matrix organisations

· Experience in change / management, adaptable and highly alert to changing situations

· Strong analytical skills with attention to details and technicalities
