We have an exhilarating opportunity for a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator to join our lovely client in Walsall.As the vehicle damager assessor you will be the heart of operations, with the key responsibilities below:

• Ensure detailed records of assessments, estimates, and any additional findings are maintained.
• Work collaboratively with the repair team to share assessment findings and facilitate a smooth handover from assessment to repair.
• Stay current with the latest industry standards, repair techniques, and insurance guidelines to guarantee accurate assessments.
• Partner with customers to gather critical information for precise estimation.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections to locate damages and meticulously record them.

What we need from you? 

• Previous experience as a VDA/Estimator with knowledge of Audatex is highly beneficial
• Knowledge of the vehicle repair process
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
