About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join a growing property team in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for someone confident in handling a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, with a strong focus on client care and attention to detail.You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team in a firm that values quality of service over volume. Whether you're a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or an experienced Fee Earner, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of residential property transactions including:
    • Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
    • Transfers of equity
    • Re-mortgages
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
  • Conducting searches and checking titles
  • Ensuring all transactions progress smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements
About You
  • Minimum 2 years' experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
  • Excellent client communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable using case management systems
  • Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or proven track record as a Conveyancing Fee Earner
