The Role:
As a Web Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in deciphering user interactions with our online platforms, driving strategies for product optimisation, enhancing user experience, and boosting conversion rates across our digital landscape.
- Dive deep into website traffic, user behavior, and relevant metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and others.
- Be the primary user of tag management systems, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing attribution capabilities and analyse A/B test results.
- Work hand-in-hand with SEO specialists to optimize website content for improved visibility.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor websites, benchmarking performance and identifying areas for enhancement.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Hotjar.
- Familiarity with tag management systems and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with user testing tools like UserZoom for remote research.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools, along with familiarity with Figma and Asana.
