Position : Senior Care Assistant ( SHCA )
Location : Kettering,  Northamptonshire
Salary : £14.54p/h - £24,900 per annum based on 33h
Hours and shifts : Full time - 33h Days or Nights depending on preference ( 7/7 start and finish times )
Contract : Permanent
Essential Requirements :

A minimum of NVQ level 3
You'll ideally be medication trained
Knowledge about care planning principles
At least 2 years' experience working in a care home ( nursing or residential)  as a care assistant role ( HCA )

The home specializes in elderly nursing dementia care.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead shifts to deliver exceptional care, ensuring residents are supported with dignity, respect, and independence in all aspects of daily living. Key responsibilities include overseeing medication administration, maintaining accurate records, supporting and mentoring team members, addressing concerns, and promoting high standards of care and practice.
